Shipping policy

Where we ship: United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia.

Shipping rates: $6.99 per order. Free standard shipping on orders over $75.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time: Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons, public holidays or customs checks.

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order on our Track Order page.

Duties and taxes: Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply. Where they’re collected at checkout, you’ll see them before you pay. Otherwise, the carrier may collect them on delivery.

Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders that are delayed or lost because of an incorrect address. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to fix it before your order ships.
